Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Center for International Affairs, Walailak University, organized an international training course on “Dengue and Zika Prevention Campaign” during 2 – 20 August 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 25 participants from 15 countries (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Ecuador, India, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Maldives). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims to strengthen the dengue and Zika prevention training programmes to help promote and create awareness in practicing of dengue and zika prevention and surveillance and to share experiences and best practices among participants and Walailak University.
