Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, organized an international training course on “Environmental Health and Food Safety” during 7 – 21 December 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 27 participants from 16 countries (Philippines, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Ghana, Togo, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Ethiopia, Brunei, Tanzania, Pakistan and Nigeria). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims to improve the expertise in the environmental health and food safety aspects, to introduce a significant movement of health system reform in Thailand and to develop well-educated people who have basic knowledge on environmental health with the emphasis on utilization to food relating issues.
