Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, organized an international training course on “Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability” during 2 – 20 August 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 35 participants from 13 countries Cambodia, Senegal, Philippines, Mozambique, Malaysia, Pakistan, Brunei, Botswana, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, Uzbekistan and Indonesia. Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, the ultimate goal for this course is to build an understanding of the production chain of animal origin food and its safety control in the food security constraint.
