Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, organized an international training course on “Food System: the Challenge to Changing the Global Environment” during 1 – 8 September 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 27participants from 12 countries (Botswana, Brunei, Ghana, Kenya, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Palestine, Panama, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Tanzania). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims to povide a broad overview of the methods and tools available for conducting knowledge regarding the food system context in various demension and to exchange experiences and knowledge about food systems in order to eliminate hunger from all mankind.
