Implementing the One Health Approach to Emerging Disease Management into Action: Lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandamic

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with ASEAN Institute for Health and Development, Mahidol University, organized an international training course on “Implementing the One Health Approach to Emerging Disease Management into Action: Lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandamic” during 16 November – 3 December 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 13 participants from 9 countries (Nicaragua, Nigeria, Myanmar, Tanzania, Suriname, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Kosovo and Peru). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims to develop fundamental skills of one health concept, participanys will be able to recognize the use and value of the application for problem solving and understand the relationship of varying disciplines to the problem they are investigating and identify the implement plan to control the prevention and control of COVID-19 through one health concept.
