  • Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) hosted a workshop to prepare a new 3-year Programme (2023 – 2025) On 22-24 June 2022, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) hosted a workshop to prepare a new 3-year Programme (2023 – 2025) for the Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) and the Annual International Training Course (AITC) at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok. TIPP and AITC are two flagship human resource development (HRD) programmes offered by the Royal Thai Government to other developing countries. The opening session was presided over by Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, Deputy Director-General of TICA. 22/08/2022
