Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, organized an international training course on “Integrated Natural Resources Management for Sustainable Tourism and Marketing Strategies” during 3 – 16 October 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 22 participants from 15 countries (Algeria, Argentina, Botswana, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Mauritius, Panama, Paraguay, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Suriname and Tanzania). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims at sharing Thailand’s experiences and best practices in the adoption of integrated natural resources management and specific marketing strategies for sustainable tourism in order to maximize its socio-economic benefits and minimize its environmental impact.
