Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Center of Excellence in Postharvest Technology, Naresuan University, organized an international training course on “Postharvest Technology of Fruit and Vegetable Crops for Developing Countries” during 18 – 31 August 2021 via online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 17 participants from 13 countries (Botswana, Nepal, Kiribati, Algeria, Iran, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Brunei, Ghana, Sudan, Philippines, Pakistan and Jordan). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims at sharing Thailand’s best practices and experiences on the principles and concepts of postharvest, food preservation processing, packaging, product development and quality assurance.
