The Development and Design of IOT Technology for Smart Farmers in the Context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Innovation, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, organized an international training course on “The Development and Design of IOT Technology for Smart Farmers in the Context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” during 17 – 28 January 2022 via an online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 9 participants from 4 countries (Belize, Bhutan, Myanmar and Morocco). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims at sharing Thailand’s experiences in smart farmers’ management with IoT technology, with an emphasis on precision agriculture cases, the concept of Internet of Things and its contribution to sustainable smart farmers, the concept of precision agriculture and relevant technology.
