Prevention of Postharvest Loss in the Value Chain of Agricultural Crop

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with the School of Bioresources and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized an international training course on “Prevention of Postharvest Loss in the Value Chain of Agricultural Crop” during 4 – 8 July 2022 via an online platform. Participants who attend the course not less than 80% and received an E-certificate were 49 participants from 19 countries (Panama, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Nigeria, Thailand, Bhutan, the Philippines, Oman, Nepal, Cambodia, Timor – Leste, Pakistan, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Iran and Iraq). Organized under TICA’s Annual International Training Course or AITC framework, this course aims to share Thailand’s knowledge and experience in postharvest management and the use of innovative technology to solve postharvest losses of agricultural produce along its value chain of production.
